Si genero una orden hoy cuando obtendre mi pedido? 
In most cases, domestic orders placed before 4PM ET (Eastern Standard Time) Monday-Thursday will ship that same day. On Fridays, orders must be placed before 12PM ET.

The website limits how many of one item I can order. Why is that?

Occasionally we may limit quantities due to manufacturer restrictions or to provide fair service to all our customers.

 

When will my order be ready?

Most items can be ready in as little as 45 minutes after order completion. Please allow up to 2.5 hours for pickups at the Brooklyn Navy Yard warehouse. For same-day service, we must receive your order at least one hour before the store closing time. Orders placed after this time will be ready for pickup on the next business day, 45 minutes after we open.

 

If I place my order today how soon will I get it? Will it ship the same day?

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may still be able to change the shipping address. Please log in to your account, visit the "My Orders" section and review your order details to ascertain whether you may still make changes.

 

I received my order but it's missing an item. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email or call Customer Service at 800.221.5743/212.239.7765 as soon as possible; we'll begin the claims process with the carrier on your behalf.

 

Why can’t I get tracking information for my order?

Please log into this site and visit the “My Account” page. Select “My Orders” from the left hand navigation menu. You should then see all your orders along with shipping methods, tracking numbers and the status of each. If you are still unable to obtain the information you need, please contact us.

 

Can I add an item to my order that has not shipped yet?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may still be able to modify its details. Please log in to your account, visit the "My Orders" section and follow the prompts to "Modify/Cancel Order."
